What is confirmed
The official launch FAQ answers “Does the game support cross-platform matchmaking?” with “Yes.” It also says PS5 and Xbox controllers are supported and lists server locations in five countries.
What that answer does not prove
The FAQ does not use the terms cross-save or cross-progression. It also does not provide a table of every client platform and pairing. Treat those as separate questions until the developer publishes a precise account and platform policy.
If you are troubleshooting a failed party connection, check the latest official notices before assuming crossplay itself is disabled. The launch known-issues list included some console reconnection failures, while later server notices discussed ongoing lag investigation.
